Territory Jurisdiction : Visa is handled for Maharashtra.

 

Tourist Visa for Argentina:
- Passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of intended entry, with at least two blank pages.
- One visa form (photocopy allowed), signed by the applicant on both sides.
- Two recent passport-size photographs (4 x 4 cm) with white background.
- Confirmed return/onward air ticket.
- Proof of employment (Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation), Brief Company Profile or Property deed.
- Authority letter from the Applicant in favor of Travel Agent to submit and collect the passport.
- A letter explaining purpose and day-to-day program itinerary.
- Hotel confirmation with name, address, contact details, and reservation number.
- Copy of International Credit Card.
- Copy of Income Tax Return for last 3 years.
- Original bank statement for last 6 months with bank contact details and seal.
- If self-employed, student, or other – letter explaining reason for visit and itinerary.
- If Student – Leave sanction letter from school.
- Note: Visa Officer may require personal presence of the applicant.

Business Visa for Argentina:
- Passport valid for at least 6 months with at least two blank pages.
- One visa form (photocopy allowed), signed by the applicant on both sides.
- One recent passport-size photograph (4 x 4 cm) with white background.
- Confirmed return/onward air ticket.
- Personal and company bank statements (last 6 months).
- Personal and company Income Tax Returns for last 3 years.
- Original Covering Letter notarized and apostilled by MEA.
- Confirmation letter from Chamber of Commerce/Export Council with Spanish translation and apostille.
- RENURE number from Argentina.
- Invitation letter (original) from business associate in Argentina, attested by RENURE and legalized.
- Proof of business correspondence.
- Authority letter to Travel Agent for submission & collection.
- Letter to Deputy Consul General (with Spanish translation) detailing: company profile, applicant’s info, visit purpose/duration, and employer’s guarantee.
- If attending trade fair/conference, registration is required.
- Note: Visa Officer may require personal presence.

Employment / Student Visa for Argentina:
- One visa form.
- Passport valid at least 6 months.
- Covering letter explaining purpose of visit.
- Four recent passport-size photographs (4 x 4 cm) with white background.
- Authorization from Argentina's Immigration Dept (sent to Embassy).
- Visa requisition letter from sponsoring company/person.
- For minors: No Objection letter from parents.
- Original signed Employment Contract.
- Police Clearance Certificate apostilled by MEA.
- Declaration of No Records from International Police (forms available at Embassy).
- Birth Certificate/Affidavit apostilled by MEA.
- If born/married in third country – all documents must be attested by that country’s MEA and Argentine Embassy.
- Medical Certificate from Embassy-appointed doctor:
