<h2>Kuwait Business Visa</h2>

<strong>Important:</strong> Business/Visit visas must now be applied for by the sponsor in Kuwait directly to the <strong>Ministry of Interior</strong>. If approved, a <strong>No Objection Certificate (NOC)</strong> in original will be sent to the applicant. The traveler must carry this NOC, and the visa will be stamped on arrival in Kuwait.

<h3>Requirements for Applicant (India):</h3>
<ul>
<li>Valid passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of application.</li>
<li>One visa form (photocopy allowed, same size).</li>
<li>One recent passport-size photograph.</li>
<li>Confirmed onward/return air ticket.</li>
<li>Valid onward visa, if transiting.</li>
<li>Original NOC (No Objection Certificate) from Kuwait sponsor.</li>
<li>Covering letter from Indian organization stating purpose of visit.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Requirements from Kuwaiti Sponsor/Company:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Completed visa application and security form.</li>
<li>Copy of visitor's passport.</li>
<li>Copy of sponsor’s signature registered for business use.</li>
<li>Letter of invitation specifying purpose of visit and visitor details.</li>
</ul>

<strong>Visa Validity:</strong> Valid for entry within 90 days from the date of issue. Once entered, the stay is permitted for up to 30 days only.
